The Leader Dearest Hindrance RETURNS in an extension of his international exploration "rumspringa", celebrating everything (understandably) not allowed in his home country, (the greatest country there is.) In celebration of all things SUMMER, Hindrance (flanked by his cabinet members and trusted emissaries) has lined up a selection of Chicago's most entertaining, most talented and most not-at-all-held-captive performers to delight and question your senses.
